Performance Bar is a carbohydrate and protein bar with lemon cream flavor, which can be used as a source of energy during intense muscular effort in long-term sports and ultra endurance sports.
It is characterized by low fat content, which does not burden the digestive system. In addition, the protein in it nourishes the muscles during exercise. Vitamin C protects cells from oxidative stress.
Use: Recommended consumption of 1-2 servings per day. After consuming two bars (60 g), it is recommended to drink an adequate amount of water.

An interesting bar, it reminds me a bit of dissolvable gum with a hint of flour (it's hard to describe exactly, but nothing else comes to mind). Easy to eat quickly, soft, and surprisingly good in taste.
