Woodland, also known as US Woodland or M81, is a classic camouflage pattern introduced to the U.S. military in the early '80s, modeled after the earlier ERDL camouflage. For over two decades, it remained the standard pattern used by the U.S. military until the end of the first decade of the 21st century. It features large, irregular patches in shades of green, brown, beige, and black, providing excellent concealment and deformation properties, particularly in forested areas.
