EDC (Every Day Carry) backpack boasting a 24 liter capacity. Constructed from tough and abrasion-resistant 500D Cordura, the material is enhanced with IRR (Infrared Reflective Treatment) to prevent detection by night vision devices.

The backpack includes two compartments with capacities of 15 and 9 liters, making it ideal for both urban daily use and tactical missions.

The primary compartment opens entirely to the base, facilitating easy packing and organization, and features a foam-lined pocket to safeguard sensitive items like a laptop. It is outfitted with a hydration bladder pocket and a large technical mesh pocket. The front section contains an organizer with various smaller and larger pockets. Side compression straps allow for load compression to minimize size.

A soft Velcro panel on the front of the backpack permits the attachment of identification or morale patches, alongside a bungee setup for holding extra gear, such as a jacket or rain cover. Side and bottom MOLLE webbing panels simplify accessory attachment, and heavy-duty YKK zippers reinforced with patches ensure dependability in all environments.

The carrying system features wide, ergonomic shoulder straps filled with closed-cell foam and Cell Vent panels on the back to guarantee comfort even with substantial gear. An optional, adjustable foam hip belt can be quickly attached or detached according to personal preference.

All buckles are crafted from sturdy Acetal/Derlin plastic, known for its resistance to cold.

The backpack is backed by a 5-year manufacturer's warranty.

Camouflage MultiCam

MultiCam is a cutting-edge camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage design that performs effectively across diverse terrains and fluctuating environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern is made up of seven colors, which blend seamlessly to form smooth gradients transitioning between shades of green, brown, and beige. Consequently, it adapts fluidly to the surroundings, taking on green hues in wooded areas or brown and beige tones in desert landscapes. In Central and Eastern European settings, it is particularly effective during autumn and in dry vegetation. MultiCam is renowned globally and is employed by numerous military and special forces units. In 2010, it was officially adopted by the US Army for soldiers in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Additionally, its availability to civilians makes it a favored option among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

On the plus side, I appreciate the thick and wide straps, which effectively distribute the weight and don't cause discomfort in the shoulders even after longer use or with heavier loads. The back of the backpack is moderately stiff, with a thick layer of foam and an additional removable plastic stiffening plate. The whole thing is comfortable, though the insert could be a bit stiffer. The strap shortening system has some drawbacks – the rubber band is used to wrap up the excess length, but I happened to accidentally remove it while tightening the straps. Regardless of the solution (Velcro like in Helikon or a rubber band in this model), the most practical option still seems to be electrical tape. On the positive side are the sturdy handle, YKK zippers, practical compartmented interior, drainage holes, and chest strap – all made to a high standard. The backpack is spacious – a real 24 liters, and the seams are additionally reinforced. The whole thing feels very well made. The manufacturer is top-notch – my backpack was missing the stiffener, and after a brief phone call, they responded quickly, and within a day I had a new insert, a nice merino hat, and an improved hip belt. Excellent service!
