The blades are made of stainless steel 4034, corresponding to the popular 420 type steel, providing good corrosion resistance. Opening of the blades is done by means of a nail cutout. The ergonomic handle is made of durable wood, and polished nickel-plated steel bolsters emphasize the classic character of the pocket knife. The blade is secured with a traditional slip-joint lock. Convenience of carrying is enhanced by a support for attaching a carabiner or chain.
