Zippy Extended Green Jade is a miniature keychain flashlight from Armytek with a head flashlight function – it is equipped with a magnetic forehead mount into which the device can be clipped. It can also be used to attach the flashlight to any metal surface. The model also includes a removable steel clip for attaching to clothing or gear webbing.
It features a brightness of up to 160 lumens and a range of up to 15 m. A brightness stabilization controller allows it to emit continuous light even when the battery is running low. In addition, it is equipped with lock against accidental activation (turned on and off by pressing and holding the button for 3 seconds).
It is powered by a built-in rechargeable lithium-polymer battery with a capacity 100 mAh. Another advantage is fast charging (1 h 10 min) using a charger with a Micro-USB connector.
The flashlight can operate in 3 modes:
- Maximum – 160 lm / 17 min,
- Medium – 50 lm / 1 h,
- Minimum – 5 lm / 10 h.
The housing is made of plastic. Meeting the waterproof standard IP67 allows it to be safely submerged up to 1m. In addition, the flashlight is resistant to falls from 2 m and shocks.
