I bought this as a practical tool for scouting. I immediately noticed a gap between the blade tips when closed. I have doubts about the fastening system. The cutting is poor. Upon closer inspection, you can see that the gap is also present in the middle between the blades. While testing on layers of cardboard, the larger handle loop broke (it’s really thin compared to my old office scissors). I haven't checked other functions, like opening lids or crushing garlic, but as a stripper they worked as regular pliers when splicing tape with a paracord core – you can pull out the needle quite easily, though it’s not very convenient.
