The knife is quite long, but thanks to the well-distributed weight, it is comfortable to use. The handle is easy to operate even during prolonged use. It is worth buying a larger cutting board to go with the set.
Civivi Cibus G10 Kitchen Knife - Milled Orange
A general-purpose kitchen knife with a 20 cm blade made of durable Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, which is rust-resistant and does not react with food. The smooth blade ensures precise and easy cutting. The handle is made of non-slip G10 laminate and ergonomically shaped for comfortable use. The design is the work of Polish knife designer Ostap Hel.
Sandvik 14C28N stainless steel, satin finish
The Drop-Point blade is made of Sandvik 14C28N steel, which is characterized by good edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of sharpening. A hardness of 58–60 HRC guarantees a good balance between strength and resistance to dulling. The blade has a flat grind and a thickness of 2.1 mm, which translates into excellent cutting properties. The satin finish gives the blade a semi-matte appearance.
Ergonomic handle made of G10 laminate
The orange handle scales are made of durable G10 laminate with non-slip properties. This material is highly resistant to abrasion and cracking and ensures a stable grip even in wet conditions.

Large knife, it takes some getting used to, especially if you've been using smaller models. It's comfortable to use and stays sharp for a long time. It's an interesting option among kitchen knives.
