Trec Sleep-er 225 g orange tropic

Comprehensive and high-quality dietary supplement by Trec, contains ingredients such as melatonin, D-aspartic acid (DAA), gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), plant extracts of valerian root, lemon balm, as well as amino acids and minerals. Sleep-er is enriched with zinc, which supports the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, and magnesium which helps reduce the feeling of fatigue. Additionally, vitamin B6 influences hormonal activity regulation and proper functioning of the nervous system.

Sleep-er from Trec is recommended for athletes who train intensively and individuals experiencing significant physical or mental fatigue, who do not fully recover during sleep. Substances in the preparation, through their calming effects, increase melatonin levels and support the nighttime distribution of the growth hormone.

Directions for use

A single dose of the product – 9 g (1.5 scoops) should be dissolved in 150-200 ml of water. It is recommended to take one serving per day, preferably 30 minutes before bedtime.
