Sandberg Survivor All-in-1 4500 FM/DAB Emergency Radio

Emergency radio with power bank function and wireless Bluetooth speaker. It is perfectly suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, or beach outings, as well as in everyday situations when access to external power is unavailable.

The radio supports FM and DAB+ wavelength bands. The FM reception frequency range is 87.5 – 108.0 MHz, while DAB+ is in the range of 170 - 240 MHz. The current frequency is displayed on the LED display. High signal reception quality is ensured by a built-in telescopic antenna that can be rotated in any direction. The device is equipped with Bluetooth, allowing music playback from a phone, for example.

In addition to its radio alarm function, the model also features a flashlight function thanks to the built-in 3 LEDs with a power of 90 lumens. The LEDs offer both continuous and flashing modes, enabling the transmission of the SOS signal in Morse code.

The battery with a capacity of 4500 mAh can be charged using the built-in solar module or hand crank generator. Using the solar panel, a full charge requires about 80 hours of exposure to full sunlight. One minute of operation with the hand generator provides about 6 minutes of radio operation. It is also possible to charge from an external power source via a USB-C cable, taking 4 hours for a full charge. Alternatively, the radio can be powered by 3 AAA batteries (LR03).

Thanks to USB-A and USB-C ports, the radio can serve as a portable emergency power source power bank, thus enabling the charging of most electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, or notebooks. The alarm clock radio is also equipped with the ability to connect headphones through a built-in mini-jack socket. The battery charge indicator informs about the battery status during device use. A full battery charge allows the radio to operate for 20 hours.
