MM-14 stands for маскувальний малюнок (maskuvalʹnyy malyunok = camouflage pattern), officially sanctioned in 2014. The pattern resembles American UCP camouflage, but the shades are selected to reflect colors naturally found in Ukraine. The introduction of the MM-14 pattern was crucial for the Ukrainian army's reform, marking a shift from post-Soviet identity. Unofficially, it's also known as Ukrainian Pixel Camo and Ukrainian Digital Camo.
