MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern created in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as a component of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. Their main advantage is their very thin thickness, which allows them to adhere perfectly and conform nicely to any surface. If you want the cut-out inscription to be visible, you should use a backing (velcro) in a different color than the patch; if you want the inscription to be less visible, you need to attach it to coyote velcro, which could be a drawback for some people. Nevertheless, the patch is very well made, has an attractive price, and how it is used depends on individual needs.
