Helikon UTP PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop Pants - Rhodesian Camo

Tactical UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) pants sewn from high-quality PolyCotton Stretch Rip-Stop fabric with a weight of 220 g/m2. This fabric is characterized by high resistance to abrasion and tearing, which ensures long-term use. Thanks to the well-thought-out arrangement of numerous pockets, the pants are suitable for both urban environments and outdoor activities.

The 220 g/m2 PolyCotton Stretch fabric consists of breathable cotton (50%), durable polyester (48%) and elastane (2%). It provides a great fit, while distinguishing itself by its resistance to mechanical damage, and is lighter and dries faster compared to all-cotton materials.

The reinforced Rip-Stop weave structure, with thicker threads forming a mesh, protects the fabric from further damage in the event of a hole or tear. 

The pants use 12 pockets:

• two classic pockets on the hips, with reinforced edges
• four on the thighs (two wide zippered and two narrow with Velcro)
• four rear pockets (two wide and two narrow, located inside the wide ones)
• two inner pockets in the groin area, ideal for a tactical flashlight or spare magazine

There are partitions at knee height, which allow insertion of protective inserts.

Wide Velcro replaces the traditional button, providing an adjustment of 6 cm. Stretch tape sewn into the waistband provides a better fit. The two front loops are equipped with additional loops, which allow to attach, for example, a carabiner.

Rhodesian Camo is a traditional camouflage pattern developed in the 1960s for the Rhodesian Armed Forces, now Zimbabwe. Designed for regional conflicts like the Bush War (1964-1979), it was tailored to the southern African environment, featuring dry shrublands, grassy plains, and sparse vegetation. Recognizable for its distinctive hand-painted look that mimics brushstrokes, the pattern comprises irregular horizontal shapes in green and brown tones on a light green or sandy backdrop. With a three-color contrasting scheme and a design echoing natural elements such as leaves, branches, and grasses, this camouflage effectively breaks up the silhouette, making detection challenging in densely vegetated landscapes.
