The Helikon meeting was very successful. I purchased another pair in the RAL7013 color. In my opinion, the color looks great and truly resembles a natural khaki shade. For a little over 180 PLN, I think it's a reasonable choice. I definitely recommend it! 💥
Helikon UTP Flex Pants - PenCott WildWood
Modern tactical pants UTP (Urban Tactical Pants) are crafted from premium Nyco RipStop fabric (50% cotton, 50% nylon), offering outstanding resistance to wear and tear, while being lighter and drying more quickly than fabric made entirely of cotton. Featuring numerous pockets strategically placed, these pants excel in urban settings and perform exceptionally well for outdoor pursuits.
Combination of comfort and durability
A perfect blend of military and civilian apparel - offering a discreet fit and the functionality of tactical pants.
With an innovative design, precise seams, and high-quality fabric, these pants provide exceptional freedom of movement and durability.
12 practical pockets
The pants feature twelve pockets:
- two traditional hip pockets with reinforced edges,

- four rear pockets (two wide with Velcro and two narrow positioned internally),
- two inner groin pockets ideal for carrying a tactical flashlight or an extra magazine.
Additionally, there are interior knee-level pockets designed to accommodate protective inserts.

Another pair of great Helikon pants. The material is flexible – maybe not as much as in the 4-way stretch models (which are a bit more expensive), but it seems more durable. The pants do not restrict freedom of movement. I’m already a fan of this brand’s pants and recommend trying several different models for various uses. This model will even work as the only pair of pants you own. The pocket arrangement is excellent – all pants should look like this.

For me, the pants are very comfortable and practical. I've already bought another pair of UTPs – three in the flex version and three in ripstop, each in a different color. The olive green color is a bit faded and pastel. It's definitely not khaki. I don't like this color. Generally, the pants are great and can be recommended with a clear conscience. Note: Make sure to read the size chart carefully so you aren’t surprised.

I must admit that Helikon does a great job producing pants. They are comfortable, have flexible inserts that work well, and the NYCO fabric is sturdy and protects against the wind. The pocket placement is very functional. These pants just beg to be worn outdoors.

For several years I've been using Pentagon BDU 2.0 pants, so I’m comparing Helikon UTP to them. Both models feature rip-stop fabric, but in the Helikon pants it looks better and is less conspicuous than in the Pentagons. The side pockets in the Helikons have zippers, but due to additional small Velcro pockets, they are positioned a bit further to the back. The result? When I keep my phone or wallet there, every time I sit down, I have to adjust them so I don’t sit on the contents. I can't yet assess the durability of the Helikon material because I’ve been using them for too short a time. The Pentagons last two years, then fade a little but are still wearable. The stitching on the Pentagons is durable; with the Helikons I don't know yet. In summary: Helikon UTP are average outdoor pants—they don't stand out among the competition. As for price, the Pentagon BDU 2.0 are worth their regular price, and on sale (I paid 105 zł) they're a great deal. The Helikon UTP pants on promotion cost 174/194 zł, which is already a high price, but acceptable; above 300 zł is too much. It confirms my opinion that Helikon products are greatly overpriced, which discourages me from buying them, even if the product is interesting. If the company doesn't change its pricing policy, competitors will take over their customers.

This is definitely one of my favorite camouflages – the colors on the fabric are vivid and look very nice, the material is sturdy, the cut is always perfect, and the elastic addition really increases the comfort of movement.
-
The VersaStretch elements under the hips and in the crotch are rather symbolic – they work a bit when squatting, but the RipStop Stretch version with added elastane is much more flexible. Despite this, the NyCo fabric seems more durable, and the adaptive green shade is really impressive.

I've been using them for some time now and must admit they're really very good. They have a slimmer fit than BDU, which I consider an advantage – but they're not as narrow as skinny pants and still have a military look, just more comfortable. The pockets are cleverly arranged, I like the back ones the most. The green Pencott looks great, especially for military enthusiasts. Perfect quality – I own a lot of Helikon clothing and have never been disappointed. It's definitely worth investing a bit more and seeing for yourself.

I have been using these pants for about two years. Aside from some slight fading, they have no damages, even though they've been through a lot ;) They are very comfortable and well designed, I have no complaints about them.

These pants are definitely good. The fabric blend, also used in original M65s, ensures comfort and durability, and does not overheat like those made of polyester. A small minus is the front thigh pockets with Velcro closures – in the new, smaller sizes I can't fit my phone anymore, it used to be better.
-
My son saw these pants on his dad and wanted the same ones because they're very comfortable. He chose the army pattern since he's now interested in military stuff. Apparently, no one at school had a problem with it :D . The pants themselves, as with any Helikon UTP, are excellent in terms of ergonomics and design – I've never had more comfortable ones.

These are some of the best pants I've owned. They work great both for everyday use in the city and at the shooting range. They have many pockets, you can insert knee pads, and they're available in different lengths for the same waist size. My only complaint—the front Velcro pockets could be a bit bigger to fit a medium-sized phone case more easily.

Helikon... can you do better? I've had them for six years – just two small holes on the legs. The pants are extremely durable: they work in the mountains, for work, everyday use, and they still look great. The only downside of their longevity – you notice when you gain weight! :D

In my opinion, the pants are very expensive – I paid 349 PLN, which is a high amount for me, but thanks to two gift cards I was able to afford them. The quality itself, however, is outstanding: great cut, they don’t restrict movement and it’s easy to choose the perfect size, though you need to check Helikon’s size chart carefully. The Adaptive Green color is an interesting mix of khaki and coyote, looks very cool, not faded or pastel. The material is solid, a bit shiny (I haven’t washed them yet). YKK zippers are proof of the product’s high quality. I find them very comfortable and a great fit – perfect for spring and summer. If there’s a promotion, it’s worth buying without hesitation. As a demanding customer, I sincerely recommend them!

Very comfortable, technical pants with well-designed pocket layout and a refined cut. The elastic back of the waist does its job well, and there's no 'plumber's crack' when squatting. This time, I had to buy a size larger than usual.
