The jacket is made of excellent quality materials, just like other Helikon brand items. These are top-shelf products on our market – solid, stylish, they don’t come apart, and the zippers work flawlessly. Additionally, they can be bought at good prices, supporting Polish companies. I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
Urban jacket with a hybrid construction. Made from a combination of three different materials. Protects against wind and moisture, it is lightweight, stretchy and breathable. The material has been coated with Teflon DWR (Durable Water Repellent) waterproofing. As a result, water droplets do not soak into the fabric, but instead run down its surface, thanks to which the jacket protects against light rain.
The model is equipped with a fitted hood, which protects the head from adverse weather conditions. On the edge of the hood, as well as on the cuffs and at the bottom of the jacket, there are elastic trimmings, which have a positive effect on thermal comfort and prevent wind from entering the jacket.
The jacket has four practical pockets that are lined with fleece:
- two classic ones at the bottom of the jacket,
- two Napoleon pockets on the chest.
All pockets are closed with zippers. Noteworthy is the two-way YKK main zipper with thermal strip. Overheating of the body during activity is prevented by breathable fabric and mesh ventilation panels under the arms.

After more than a year of use, I have a well-formed opinion. The material is great – elastic, the jacket is warm, and it works well for hiking, cycling, or everyday city wear. The pockets are fine, zippers work smoothly. Over time the material around the hood has become slightly pilled – probably due to rough hair on my neck. The jacket has two major flaws: the bottom zipper (opens by itself and hangs awkwardly), and the hood. With a cap, the hood fits fine, but without it, it’s too tight and pulls the skin on my head back; it would be better if it was looser without the drawstring. When taken off, it sticks out funnily. Nevertheless, for everyday use, it’s very comfortable and one of the best I’ve worn, despite the relatively high price.

I really like this jacket. It's lightweight, keeps me warm, and offers good protection against wind and rain. Before the cold weather sets in, it works great as the only outer layer. After one season, there are no signs of wear.

The jacket fully serves its purpose, and the size matches the chart exactly. It is lightweight, soft, windproof, and very aesthetically pleasing. The zippers are high quality, and the pockets are thoughtfully designed and spacious. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent jacket. It protects very well against wind and light rain. The material breathes well, has convenient pockets, and a well-fitting hood. I haven't tested it in freezing temperatures, but in above-freezing temperatures, even low ones (I tried it at 4°C), it keeps you warm as a second layer. It really does protect against wind effectively. The double zipper makes it easier to access a belt with gear. In my item, the craftsmanship is flawless.
-
Fantastic jacket. The material is very easy to clean, and the jacket breathes well, which can't be said for standard softshells. Large pockets, fairly strong drawstrings. The downside is the second zipper at the bottom, which is inconvenient for everyday use.

Very good jacket. The material is easy to keep clean and provides excellent ventilation – compared to regular softshells, the difference is huge. Spacious pockets, high collar. The drawstrings are quite strong – which might not suit everyone. The downside is the double zipper – I’m not convinced of its utility, and it’s a bit cumbersome for everyday use.

Fantastically made jacket, very high quality. I highly recommend it.

Works very well with Helikon US LVL 1 and LVL 2 thermal shirts – especially during early spring and autumn cycling trips. I’ve tested it several times.
-
Overall, the jacket does well. It is warm, comfortable, and seems sturdy. The drawbacks are the lower zipper coming undone by itself and a hood that is too short.
-
The jacket is comfortable. I currently use it during spring and summer, and it works well at temperatures up to around 18-20 degrees. Above that, it gets a bit too warm.
-
The jacket looks great and fits well, but the sleeves are too short (there is no information in the size chart that the length is measured from the neck).
-
The jacket is excellent, great material both outside and inside, and the sewing itself is flawless. Very comfortable to wear.
-
The jacket is suitable for year-round wear, but the downside is the drawstring at the bottom. The pockets are fine and the hood is original. It surpasses regular softshells thanks to its insulated lining.

I'm pleasantly surprised—the jacket is light and thin, yet provides good wind protection and retains warmth. The only downside is the unusual sizing compared to other Helikon products.
