I recently bought and supplemented my Helikon first aid kit with a Vera DIN 13164 insert (29 items) and better scissors than those included in the kit. Altogether it cost me 166 PLN. I also plan to buy several Israeli dressings. Not everything from the Vera kit fit into this small portable first aid kit, but thanks to that I have spare items. I think it was a good purchase and an interesting solution.

Very spacious insert – that's worth highlighting. This is not a typical first aid kit for mounting outside, the only attachment method is a small Velcro inside a bag or pocket. There are no other attachment options, but it wasn't designed for this. The insert itself is well thought out and convenient. I managed to fit a triangular bandage, thermal blanket, gel dressing, as well as other basic necessities. I recommend it!
