I’m a woman 167 cm tall, and I chose size S. It’s very warm even in sub-zero temperatures, very comfortable, and made of pleasant, soft material. I truly recommend it.

The polar fleece is great, it provides excellent protection against the cold. Personally, I miss having internal pockets. It is very well made, the materials are also of good quality, the Velcro holds well, although it doesn’t hold the phone case. Overall, a very good product and highly recommended.

This is the first fleece that really fits my body perfectly – comfortable and good-looking. Maybe it's a matter of fitting my body type and it won't suit everyone the same, but it's definitely clear that the design was well thought out. The front of the fleece is slightly shorter than the back, so when you bend over your back isn't exposed, and the material doesn't bunch up around the stomach. The pockets are placed higher than standard, at diaphragm level, so items in them don't get in the way when walking. The rear panel is cut in a V-shape to accentuate your figure if you have one, so the fleece doesn't look like a sack. When unzipped, the collar spreads over the shoulders and stays in place without getting in the way of your face. When fully zipped up, the collar neither squeezes your neck nor comes up onto your chin, providing comfort and freedom. The flaps also lie nicely on the hips when unzipped, rather than hanging awkwardly. The hood, when stowed, fits closely to the neck, doesn't get in the way under a jacket, and doesn't interfere with the jacket's own hood. When worn, it fits well on the head, moves with it, and doesn't restrict movement. The sleeve doesn't expose your wrists when you lift your arm, nor does it cover your hands when your arms are down. In short: this fleece is truly designed with a real person in mind, not just following a simple template. For me, that's a huge advantage and Helikon-tex has earned big points in my book.

I believe this is a well-made fleece, the material is dense and it's very comfortable to wear. However, it lacks two things to be perfect: firstly, traditional hand pockets (I can't understand why the designers eliminated them), and secondly, reinforcements on the shoulders, which would protect the material from wearing out due to backpack straps. If not for these shortcomings, I would give it the highest rating. Other than that, it's great clothing – I can recommend it with full confidence. One small note: the size M from the description should rather be treated as L, because with a 116 cm chest, M was clearly too small for me. Best regards!

This jacket is more of a warm fleece than a classic sweatshirt - and that's exactly what I wanted. Combined with warm underwear and a sweater, it should work even in light frost. I really like the cut, especially the extended back, which provides good protection against the cold, and the shorter front makes it easier to access your pants pockets or items attached to your belt – this can be important, for example, for shooters or people doing DIY work. The only downside is that there are a bit too many sleeve pockets and zippers. I would have preferred regular side pockets at the front at waist level, as these are missing here. I am 185 cm tall and weigh 85 kg, I train a bit – size M fits well: perfect length, slightly tight in the shoulders, but I can easily fit a sweater or a thick sweatshirt underneath. Size L would probably be too loose.

The Polar is excellent. At first, I planned to use it only during my military service, but it turned out to be so versatile and comfortable that I decided to wear it every day as well. It looks like I'll have to buy another one 😅. I spent a long time thinking about the purchase, but it turned out to be a great choice – top-quality. Initially, I was bothered by the lack of lower front pockets, but over time I got used to it and now it doesn't bother me anymore.

I bought the fleece as a gift, and according to the person who received it, it was a very good choice. The pros are solid craftsmanship and an extended back. The fleece heats well and doesn't get damaged during washing. The only downside is that it easily absorbs odors, but you can get rid of them quickly when washing. Rating 5/5.
