Instead of a waist bag, I chose this product and it works great for walks in the forest. Nothing bothers around the waist, it doesn't slip off, and all the needed items fit easily. I have everything at hand, you can even attach gloves. It's just a pity that a phone doesn't fit in the two front pockets – one larger pocket on the front for a phone would be a better solution. Wearing it is comfortable, nothing digs in, and it can be easily adjusted to fit.

A bag perfect for extended field marches, designed for comfortably carrying essential gear. Combines the features of a backpack and bag, integrated with suspenders and a supportive mesh panel on the back. The Numbat bag facilitates carrying heavy gear and ensures quick access.
The primary compartment includes multiple pockets and attachments, along with a detachable organizer, which also serves as a map holder. Internal cords on each side of the main compartment stabilize it at various angles when opened.
Additional inserts compatible with the Versatile Insert System can be affixed inside the main compartment. Two elastic flat pockets are positioned on the front exterior wall.
An elastic, adjustable cord is attached at the bag's bottom, enabling you to secure items like a rolled-up jacket or shirt to the bag. Side loops provide attachment points for carabiners. Furthermore, MOLLE/PALS system webbing is sewn onto the bag for attaching extra gear.
Suspenders with adjustable-length can be quickly released via four Woojin buckles. The bag section that rests against the body is equipped with soft 3D Mesh panels to minimize vibration and impact.

I bought it specifically for my spinning fishing trips and it performs excellently in this role. It easily holds all the tackle boxes and essential gear for this method of fishing. I highly recommend this purchase to other spinning anglers.

An excellent alternative to various types of pouches, especially during trips abroad – you keep everything in front and in sight. Very well made, certified Cordura used.

A well-designed and practical add-on with many compartments. It complements your gear perfectly, especially when taking a smaller backpack on a long trip. It allows you to quickly access the essentials without removing your backpack (and if you have a camelback inside—even better). Every pocket is well placed, helping you organize content better and making it easier to reach your items. I definitely recommend it!

I have mixed feelings – there are strong points, but also some downsides. The pros are solid construction, good material quality, nice color, practical map case, and an elastic band that locks the pocket. Unfortunately, the front elastic pockets are very narrow and I haven't yet figured out a use for them. The internal pockets and organizers, although numerous, make the pocket very stuffed when filled. The straps are very short – people with a bigger build might find the adjustment lacking, making it hard to put the organizer on a jacket or fleece. With a 3XL jacket and a stuffed pocket, it's hard to fit it under outerwear; it gets tight. I tested it during a walk at 41°F (5°C) and it quickly got hot under the pocket. It's hard to imagine being comfortable in hot weather with more exertion. I think it's worth considering everything carefully before buying.

A great option instead of traditional waist bags or fanny packs worn on the belt. It's more stable on the chest. I highly recommend it to everyone, it's really worth it.

I recommend the Helikon-Tex Chest Pack Numbat travel bag – it works great with my backpack, doesn't get in the way, doesn't press, it's very spacious and perfect for long hikes.
-
I use the bag in the mountains when I take a small backpack. I keep all the necessary items in this product, so I always have them within reach. The bag is very solid and doesn't restrict movement. I recommend it.

A practical and spacious chest rig, I use it, among other things, while cycling – it’s more comfortable than a waist bag and doesn’t cause much sweating on the chest. All the necessary things are easily accessible. I recommend it!

Great product, works perfectly during longer walks or hikes. I definitely recommend it!

Well made and practical during trips into the great outdoors.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. I use the bag during hunting – it's very practical and doesn't get in the way when taking aim. I removed the internal divider with the map case and can fit my binoculars with 56 mm lenses there. It's easy to attach a large knife or a 1-liter thermos under the pocket. Everything is at hand.
-
Very comfortable chest pack with an interesting design, but it also has some drawbacks. The downside is the removable organizer, whose pockets are only suitable for flat items and are not optimally fitted to the pack – it's better to remove it and buy velcro inserts. I also don't understand the use of the strap underneath – a better and more versatile solution would be to have molle webbing across the entire width, because currently you can't attach pouches underneath, and mounting options are limited.

I use this bag during backpacking trips for the most necessary things. I have walked hundreds of kilometers with it and I am very satisfied. Previously, I used a waist pouch, which interfered with the backpack's hip belt. Now, my walking comfort is much greater. Well made – I recommend it.
