An interesting set of first aid kits from Helikon, which I would describe as medium-sized. I liked the red one the most because it has a lot of pockets and a convenient way to organize first aid supplies, which is very practical. The solid side handles are also a plus. The material of the red first aid kit is different from the olive one, but I usually carry it inside my backpack anyway, while the olive one works better on the outside. The only change was replacing the plastic hook with a metal one. The pockets help to arrange the contents well.

Well made, characteristic for the Helikon brand. Large capacity, easy access to the contents, and a practical layout for the first aid supplies. Additionally, it can be attached to a belt, MOLLE/PALS system, or used with your own carry strap.

The first aid kit is excellently made, with durable material and a well-designed interior. The modular construction allows for quick access to the items inside – I use one at the shooting range and have mounted the other in my BOB.

Very well made. I was looking for something to carry a first aid kit or a hit marker on my belt. Overall, everything is fine, but the horizontal mount is a bit loose and doesn't stay securely on the belt. It works better with vertical mounting on a vest. I had to look for another solution.

A solid first aid kit, just like most products from Helikon and Direct Action. I recommend it – it fits two dressings (one Olaes type and another one), and there's space at the bottom for a CAT tourniquet.

I don't understand why there are so many positive opinions. I have no complaints about the quality of workmanship. The external bag would be great if it was detachable – that would be enough. However, the internal first aid kit has too many unnecessary compartments and loops, which only allow you to organize a few plasters and bandages. The material takes up so much space that it occupies half of the available area instead of making room for equipment. Packing a basic kit for the shooting range (even without a tourniquet) makes it impossible to fit it in the external bag.

This is another Helikon product I’ve bought. The pouch is, as always, very professionally made, although the medical insert itself could be more durable. Polish brand – worth supporting our own. I definitely recommend Militariów.

It hasn't been packed yet, but it gives the impression of a well-thought-out design. The "civilian" insert probably has some limitations, but it can be placed in the cover. The old first aid kit is mounted on elastic underneath and can be used. For forest trips, you only need to take the civilian part. I recommend it, although the price is quite high ;)
