Helikon Level 7 Nylon Jacket - MultiCam

MultiCam camouflage jacket is made of durable nylon with 54 g/m2 grammage and is a layer 7 in ECWCS, designed to be worn as an outer insulating layer in cold temperatures. The model is equipped with lightweight and resilient Climashield Apex insulation and reliable YKK zippers.

The nylon material used is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage, windproofness and ease of cleaning, which makes the jacket suitable for diverse terrain conditions. Climashield Apex provides effective thermal insulation, retaining heating properties even when wet, while not overburdening the wearer.

The jacket's features include:

• two fleece-lined, zippered chest pockets with compartments for your phone or small electronics,
• an internal chest pocket with a zipper,
• two internal lower pockets made of mesh.

The main zipper is finished with a fleece-lined collar, protecting the neck from cold and wind. The adjustable hood, tucked into the collar, provides additional protection from precipitation. Velcro at the cuffs and a drawstring at the hem allow the jacket to be tailored to the figure and reduce heat loss.

There are velcro panels on the shoulders, which allow personalization by attaching patches, unit emblems, national flags or Morale Patches.

MultiCam represents an advanced camouflage pattern that was developed in 2002 through a collaboration between US company Crye Precision and the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to design a highly adaptable camouflage pattern suitable for diverse terrains and varying environmental conditions. Comprising seven distinct colors, the MultiCam pattern produces gradient transitions among green, brown, and beige shades. This allows it to effectively blend with its surroundings by shifting to green tones within forested areas or adopting brown and beige hues in desert landscapes. In the regions of Central and Eastern Europe, it performs exceptionally well during autumn and amidst dry vegetation. MultiCam has attained global acclaim and is employed by numerous military and special operations units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted the camouflage pattern for its soldiers stationed in Afghanistan, superseding the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). The pattern's availability to civilians has made it a preferred choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.
