The shorts are very well-made, comfortable, and well-sewn, and there are plenty of pockets that don't stand out. They are suitable for everyday use as well as outdoor activities. They are functional, slightly stretchy, but not overly elastic. However, it's worth paying attention to the size selection—I usually buy M from Helikon, but here I needed XL (at 82 kg and 179 cm tall).
Greyman Tactical shorts manufactured from durable DuraCanvas, which is a combination of cotton, polyester and elastane. A special sewn-in gusset in the crotch provides a full range of movement and allows you to move comfortably in any conditions.
With spacious pockets and low-profile design, they are comfortable and functional. They will find use as everyday shorts, accommodating all necessary EDC accessories.
Pants are equipped with nine pockets:
- two classic ones at hip height,
- one slim pocket integrated into the right front pocket,
- two smaller open pockets at the front,
- four pockets at the back.
Pants are characterized by a wide velcro waistband for adjustment, zipper fastened with a reliable YKK zipper, and wide belt loops with a width of up to 50 mm.

Well made, comfortable shorts for warm days. The number of pockets is sufficient. The phone pocket could be better designed to secure the device from being lost. A flap, like in the SFU Next pants, could solve this problem.

Really nice and practical shorts that look good. The color actually matches the photos. At 185 cm tall and 87 kg, size L is perfect. Although they’re described as “tactical,” they look good enough to wear not just for trips to the forest. The downside is some loose threads that I had to cut off.

The shorts are extremely comfortable. I really appreciate the elastic waistband, which provides a comfy fit when sitting down. The material is resistant to abrasion. I definitely recommend them.
-
Solidly made and well-fitted shorts; the material is of high quality. Very comfortable, with plenty of pockets that can fit everything. Perfect for walks and hikes. I recommend this product.

The shorts have a fairly narrow cut. I'm 195 cm tall, weigh 115 kg, and with a waist circumference of 110 cm, I chose XXL—they fit very snugly, so maybe I would even consider a larger size, although the difference at the waist is as much as about 6 cm. They are comfortable, the material looks good, but I didn't notice the stretchiness others wrote about—maybe the 2% elastane is responsible for that.

The pants are well made and have a nice color. The material is rather stiff and hardly stretches. As for sizing, I feel they run small – L is a bit too tight, and XL would probably be too big. But for the promotional price, it’s still a good purchase.

The shorts seem okay, but they lack practicality—especially cargo pockets. The material is really great, durable, and at the same time flexible. Because of the cut, it's better to choose a larger size—I bought the same as UTS, which fits me perfectly, but these were barely fastening. Overall, I decided to return them, because Helikon offers more comfortable shorts.

The shorts are great, I also have the long versions in three colors, and I appreciate both their cut and the DuraCanvas fabric. Unfortunately, this time I blindly took XL, and for the first time with Helikon, I have to exchange for XXL. I just returned them (big plus for free returns at Militaria.pl). I recommend paying attention to the sizing—the shorts are really outstanding.

The shorts are well made, fit nicely, have durable material, and lots of pockets. Greyman meets all the characteristics of typical military shorts. It has well-designed pockets, a very dark color, and seems more fitted and tighter than the longer models. I definitely recommend it.

The shorts have a good cut, the pockets are thoughtfully placed, and the material is pleasant. In my opinion, it's worth considering choosing a larger size than with traditional tactical pants because, in the greyman concept, the pockets are sewn more to the inside, which may make the shorts feel tighter when loaded.

Very good shorts. This is already my second purchase, previously I bought them in green. The Helikon material works great for various activities. I wear these shorts both daily and during outdoor trips or to the mountains. I can honestly recommend them!

I think Helikon pants/shorts are incredibly functional. I don't want to wear any other model. Although they look ordinary, the great pocket layout means I have everything at hand and easily accessible.

These are my favorite shorts – I have them in three colors and they’re all great. The material is high quality, and the fit is even better. I definitely recommend them!

Good shorts. I also have the model of these shorts with longer legs. The pockets are arranged the same way, but the sizes differ a bit—the shorts are slightly more fitted. In the full version, size L is comfortable, but with these shorts I'm already on the edge of the size.
