The first aid kit is sewn from thin materials, making it exceptionally lightweight – even after putting dressings inside, you can hardly feel its weight, which makes it perfect as EDC. Thanks to the paracord loop, it can easily be attached to a carabiner. The MOLLE strap is soft and thin, but functions just as well as traditional stiff straps. Despite its small size, it fits quite a lot inside – unlike the Helikon Micro Med Kit, you can easily put in a rolled bandage and a small bottle of disinfectant. The elastic outer pocket is perfect for gloves.

A practical and compact gadget. I have it with me in my backpack every day. I can easily fit the most necessary things in it, and thanks to its small size, it is convenient and unobtrusive. I think it works well as an addition to a classic first aid kit.

Typical Helikon quality, although this time a soft synthetic material was used instead of Cordura – this solution works when the pouch is fully packed, as it is quite small. The downside is the lack of a quick-release Velcro system, so I would treat it more as a regular pocket than a classic IFAK.

The first aid kit is very small, but it can successfully fit all the most essential items. Precisely sewn from a thin yet durable material, which makes it very flexible. You won’t be able to fit scissors, NRC foil, or even the smallest Octenisept bottle inside, but the kit itself fits in any pocket. Its advantage is the optional thickness you can get – all flat items not exceeding 10x10 cm will fit without problem. It’s a great compromise between small pouches for medical gadgets and large, fold-out first aid kits.

The product is well made, but its size is very small. It will only fit a few plasters and bandages. I think it won't work well during mountain trips. It's suitable for everyday use, but really small.

This is a very practical and neat first aid kit. It stands out with careful workmanship and an aesthetic appearance. The glove compartment is functional. The molle-type handle works perfectly with my kit. I fully recommend it!

As always, Helikon's products are very well made and carefully sewn. After receiving the first aid kit, I immediately remove all tags and the molle mounting element (unnecessary for me, more of a hindrance than it weighs). Compared to the MINI MED KID model, the current model is slightly smaller (see attached reference photo). I transferred the equipment from the Mini Med Kid to the new kit, except for the small bottle (about 20ml Octenisept) and the standard NRC foil due to lack of space. I think the pocket for medical gloves could be a bit wider on the sides (about 0.5 cm) so that two pairs can fit easily. I also wonder why the logo and MED symbol are placed vertically, and when you open it, the interior is arranged the other way around—maybe that's intentional? It’s also odd that the new product has the old logo.
