Helikon EDC Lite Backpack 21l - Black

I bought the backpack last year and chose the A.Green color. The quality is good. However, it's important to remember that this is a basic model – you need to buy a laptop insert separately (currently about 51 PLN) and an organizer for the front pocket (around 20-25 PLN). Without these additions, the backpack is moderately functional – items like pens or a laptop can move around freely. On the plus side, the side pockets are perfect for a bottle, cap, or umbrella. Great backpack – well sewn, no threads sticking out. It’s spacious and works well for short trips, but it could use more pockets inside for small items to keep things organized more easily.

The Helikon EDC Lite 21L in black is a great backpack both for the city and for trips to the forest. It has well-thought-out pockets, a comfortable back, is inconspicuous, yet holds quite a lot. Perfect for everyday use.

I rarely write reviews, but I'm just buying a second one of these because I lost the first one on a train. I used it for 7 years, received it from my wife as a dad’s EDC, and it accompanied me everywhere – in the mountains and on family trips. It's the best backpack I have – lightweight, very well-stitched, great for shopping and trips. The zipper never broke, and after all these years, there are no signs of wear, the seams are solid. It looks like new despite the years (I had the gray color). The only downside is the lack of a small internal pocket, and the compression straps on the sides are a little too high – if they were a few centimeters lower, you could secure a larger water bottle with them, and then the backpack would be perfect.

The backpack is lightweight and very spacious, but it lacks additional pockets or compartments apart from the side ones. To achieve greater functionality, you need to buy, for example, the Helikon Backpack Insert panel, which generates an extra expense.

Comfortable and spacious. Looks good, the only downside for me is sweaty back in summer. Other than that, no complaints. I would buy it again. You can always sling it over one shoulder sometimes.

The backpack is lightweight, but it seems to be much less durable than the Cordura version. The bottom of the backpack is exceptionally thin. Maybe the material is durable, but personally, nylon doesn’t inspire my confidence for carrying heavier items.

Very carefully made, practical backpack - it's suitable both for the city and for trips to the forest. It also works well as an emergency backpack, I am very satisfied with the purchase. If anyone is considering such a set, it's definitely worth thinking about and... buying. I recommend it!

The backpack works brilliantly – it's extremely light, you barely feel it on your back. I have another one made of Cordura, which is much heavier. In my opinion, this model will work great both in the city and on longer routes. Even though it has a capacity of 21L, it can surely fit much more.

The backpack is extremely comfortable, the wide straps effectively distribute the weight even when it’s fully loaded, and the hip and chest straps relieve your back. All the straps have Velcro at the ends so you can tidy up any excess tape. The biggest downside for me is the zipper in the smaller compartment, which easily gets stuck because of the protective material. Additionally, there are no extra pockets or organizers inside, which have to be bought separately, though for me, this was actually an advantage.

The backpack is very carefully made. I think the price-to-quality ratio is excellent.

I use the backpack every day. It’s very lightweight, and with proper organization, it can fit a lot of items. The Velcro allows you to attach a patch for identification. In my opinion, it’s worth its price.

I bought this backpack with emergency evacuation in mind, I appreciate its light weight and I intend to buy the same one for my wife. It is spacious enough for the essentials. Well-stitched and, for such capacity, very roomy.

I highly recommend it – for my eight-year-old child, the backpack is perfect as a school bag. It’s extremely lightweight, which is a big advantage over other products.
