Very good, compact pouch. It will not replace a full IFAK. For illustration: inside I fit an Israeli compression bandage and a tourniquet – this fills the entire space. I attached it to my plate carrier, it presents well and I can easily store a TQ and bandage in it – they stay clean and easily accessible. I really value Helikon's products, and I have ten years of military experience, so I have a comparison. It also works well on a battle belt or wherever a low profile is needed.
A medical pouch designed as the foundation for assembling a compact first aid kit and carrying an essential medical set daily.
The Competition Med Kit includes two parts: an outer pocket constructed of Cordura and an inner insert for medical supplies. Inside, elastic loops secure the items, while a padded, non-slip handle ensures swift access to the kit. External elastic cords let you compress the pocket or attach extra gear.
This pouch is a component of the Competition set and works with the Helikon Modular Belt Sleeve or other belts up to 50 mm wide. Its versatile mounting system permits both vertical and horizontal carrying.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern crafted in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision, in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to design a flexible camouflage pattern that proves effective across diverse terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern features seven colors, forming gradient transitions among shades of green, brown, and beige. Consequently, it adjusts dynamically to its surroundings, blending in with greens in forested regions or browns and beiges in desert areas. In Central and Eastern European settings, it performs exceptionally well during autumn and amidst dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global recognition and is employed by various armed forces and special units. In 2010, this camouflage was officially adopted by the US Army for soldiers based in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). Additionally, the pattern is accessible to civilian users, making it a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

Well-designed pockets that may seem small at first glance. The inner insert can be easily removed one-handed from either side. An additional advantage is the attractive price. I recommend it!
-
At first, it may look a bit small, but after packing the medical equipment from the IFAK set, it turns out everything can fit, though it is a tight squeeze. A solid and very well-made pouch.
-
A perfectly designed pocket that holds the most necessary dressing supplies. High quality workmanship. I always wear it attached to my tactical belt during visits to the shooting range, while I store the tourniquet in a separate pouch. I highly recommend it!
-
The right size for a tactical belt, though you need to thoughtfully plan what you'll take and organize your bandages and other gear well when packing.
-
This is not a classic pull-out first aid kit like most; it's more of a pocket for carrying medical items, but it performs its function perfectly and is very spacious.
-
This is a very practical first aid kit – it fits almost the entire IFAK (tourniquet outside, scissors, for example, on the vest), it’s handy, and you can easily pull out the insert from both sides.
-
The basic equipment required for an IFAK will fit in the kit, provided, for example, that the tourniquet is attached outside with rubber bands. I believe it will perform better at the shooting range than in combat conditions. The advantages are solid workmanship, the ability to mount it vertically or horizontally, and the ease of removing the insert from both sides. If it were a bit bigger, I would rate it 5/5.

This is probably the first time that a Helikon product didn't meet my expectations. The outer part is made very well, but the interior seems very delicate and I am concerned that it might get damaged over time. The size could be a bit larger—it's about half a centimeter too narrow. I only put two dressings inside and it was already quite stuffed. Inserting a tourniquet into the side elastic bands is nearly impossible; I can't imagine doing it as shown in Helikon's photos (not to mention whether this is a practical solution in terms of quick access to the tourniquet).

A small pocket that allows you to carry a first aid kit to provide help in case of a gunshot wound. The rubber loops can be used to attach the pocket for a tourniquet. A big advantage is the ability to wear it horizontally and the double-sided closure, which makes it possible to pull out the contents with either the left or right hand when the pouch is set horizontally.

Great quality and solid craftsmanship, interesting color. I have already bought 6 of these. It would be useful to have larger ones, as the strap fits snugly.

The quality of the workmanship could be better in terms of aesthetics, but the idea itself is good

Unfortunately, the first aid kit disappointed me a little – as equipment for the shooting range, it should fit the required gear, but it’s hard to fit even the basics in it. The Israeli bandage takes up most of the space, as does a large WP bandage, even in the vacuum version. You can only add flat items inside, but you still can't put in the insert for the agents, and 19-centimeter scissors are too big. The tourniquet can only be placed outside (which isn't bad), but that's pretty much all – maybe I simply wanted it to hold too much and overstuffed it. The kit is well-made from good materials; I rate it 4/5. Recommended.

It works well for carrying the most important things, it's quite comfortable, although it could be a bit bigger

In my opinion, this is the best first aid kit with the molle system available at Militaria.pl. It’s not built as a “pocket within a pocket”, making it much lighter than other models. The medical insert can be pulled out very quickly – much faster than with tear-away kits. It deserves a 5/5 rating.
