The Chest Rig tactical vest is crafted from rugged and highly damage-resistant 253 g/m2 Cordura. Its modular construction with angled edges allows for customization by adding extra components to suit the wearer’s requirements.
At the front, 3 pockets secured with adjustable Velcro flaps are designed to hold AK/AR type magazines. The flaps can be detached and replaced with the included pullers. The side panels are equipped with multiple MOLLE/PALS webbing both outside and inside, enabling attachment of additional pouches or gear.
The vest's structure provides the option to increase magazine capacity from three to five slots. Two elastic bands at the bottom can secure a first aid kit, a small pouch, or other chosen gear. A flat pocket inside, lined with soft Velcro, offers further storage.
The Chicom Chest Rig model includes buckles and Velcro straps for attachment to a Plate Carrier vest. Adjustable, removable H-shaped suspenders ensure excellent fit for the user’s body, while grommets on the suspenders provide protection for cables, antennae, or hydration system tubes.
