This is my second RAL 7013 chest bag from the Helikon brand. Its buckle attachment system is very convenient and allows you to put it on or take it off very easily. This bag seems to be very good quality!! An item I highly recommend.

Helikon Chest Pack Numbat Small Bag - MultiCam
The bag is made of durable 500D Cordura, resistant to mechanical damage and intensive outdoor use. It is equipped with a detachable, adjustable carrying system that allows it to be comfortably carried on the chest or used as a waist bag. Designed for everyday use but also for long-term use during field trips, it ensures comfortable carrying of the most important equipment.
Spacious main compartment, Versatile Insert System
The main compartment features a pocket and an internal organizer, which doubles as a map holder on the other side. Internal straps on both sides of the main compartment allow it to be stabilized at different angles when open. The back wall of the compartment is covered with soft velour, which is compatible with the Versatile Insert System, allowing for the use of various types of organizers.
On the front outer wall there is a flat pocket with a zipper closure.
MOLLE System, Velcro panel
An elastic, adjustable cord is attached to the bottom of the bag, allowing you to attach items such as a rolled-up jacket or sweatshirt to the bag. MOLLE straps sewn into the front allow you to attach equipment to the outside of the bag. There is a large Velcro panel on the front for attaching any patches or emblems, such as a national flag, unit insignia or morale patches, allowing you to personalize your bag.
Comfortable straps, possibility to convert into a waist bag
The adjustable shoulder straps are equipped with four buckles that allow you to quickly detach the bag. The rear panel, which comes into contact with the body, is lined with soft 3D Mesh inserts that effectively dampen vibrations and impacts when moving. Thanks to the detachable waist belt, the bag can be easily converted into a comfortable waist bag.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern crafted in 2002 by the American company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs) as part of the Objective Force Warrior program. The aim was to develop a versatile camouflage effective across varied terrains and changing environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern includes seven colors, creating gradient transitions between green, brown, and beige hues. Consequently, it adapts dynamically to the surroundings, showing green tones in forested locations or browns and beiges in desert areas. In Central and Eastern European settings, it performs particularly well during autumn and among dry vegetation. MultiCam has gained global recognition and is employed by various armed forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted the camouflage pattern for soldiers deployed in Afghanistan, replacing the previous Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also available to civilians and is a favored choice among military and airsoft enthusiasts.

This is my first bag of this type and I am very impressed. I am extremely satisfied. It's really a great product. Usually, various small items, knife, flashlight, or smartphone are scattered throughout the backpack or pockets, but here finally there is something perfect. I have everything at hand and organized. You can still put something extra in the pocket, and store the most important things in the main compartment. I am very pleased. And of course, the quality, as is typical for Helikon, is top-notch.

A new version of the well-known Numbat chest pack design, now with the option to use it as a 'quiver of righteousness.' A great choice for travel, everyday EDC use, or to separate your most important items from a larger backpack. The only potential drawback is that it can be a bit harder to remove items from the front zippered pocket when the pouch is tightly packed, although that's not a big issue. It's a two-in-one product, solidly made, reasonably priced, and if there's still a promotion going on, you can practically get it for nothing. Definitely worth it!

Practical bag, everything is within reach and it distributes the weight with the backpack well. Very good quality of workmanship and materials used. This is my first experience with this way of carrying a bag and I really liked it.
