Materiał NyCo Rip-Stop, odblaskowe wnętrze
A blend of nylon and cotton, or NyCo fabric, was used, further reinforced with Rip-Stop weave. This technology makes the fabric more resistant to tearing, even if it gets localized damage. The inside of the hat is covered with a reflective layer, which can be used to mark the wearer's position or signal in emergency situations. In addition, a loop has been attached, allowing the hat to be clipped to a Helikon Raid sweatshirt.
Ventilation holes, wide traffic circle
The hat has four vents equipped with grilles, which protects against the entry of insects. The wide brim provides effective protection from the sun and rain. A cord has been added to the Mk2 model, allowing it to be adjusted and fastened under the chin. Above the brim there is a strap, which allows attaching small accessories, such as insect repellent or camouflage elements.

Camouflage MultiCam
MultiCam is an advanced camouflage pattern, first conceived in 2002 by the US company Crye Precision in collaboration with the United States Army Soldier Systems Center (Natick Labs), as a component of the Objective Force Warrior initiative. It aimed to develop a highly adaptable camouflage effective in diverse terrains and shifting environmental conditions. The MultiCam pattern features seven colors that create smooth gradient transitions among shades of green, brown, and beige. Consequently, it blends with surroundings, picking up green tones in forested regions or brown and beige hues in desert landscapes. It performs exceptionally well in Central and Eastern European settings, particularly during autumn or in dry vegetation. MultiCam has achieved global acclaim and is deployed by various military forces and special units. In 2010, the US Army officially adopted this camouflage for troops in Afghanistan, replacing the former Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP). This pattern is also accessible to civilian users, making it a favored option among military or airsoft enthusiasts.

The hat is excellent. It's my first one in a long time and I am very satisfied with the quality of workmanship. The cord at the back keeps the hat well on the head, and the color is not too bright. If you are unsure about the size, it's better to choose a bigger one – with a head circumference of 56 cm, size M was appropriate, although the second hat I bought turned out to be a bit looser. Highly recommended.

The hat is initially stiff when taken out, but after the first wash it adjusts well to your needs. It's perfect for wildwood-style activities and works best with a single-ear headset, although it doesn't interfere with using active headphones either.
