A small thing, but really solid. The blood type marking is subtle and not flashy. A very good product. I keep one piece on my kidney or first aid kit, and I attached the other one to my jacket. A decent marker, I use it on my helmet and vest. It could be a bit bigger, but it seems like a solid product. It has a strong Velcro, and the marker itself is highly visible.
