The compass is smaller than I imagined, but it works. It really glows in the dark, although you won't really need it at night. It's suitable for cloudy weather, and on a sunny day, the sun and a watch will be enough to find the direction.

The compact size lets you take it anywhere, but that also makes it easy to lose. If you have holey pockets, better choose something bigger.

Just like in the picture, a very tiny little compass, literally like a button. Everything is fine, it works, you just have to be careful not to lose it. It's a pity there's no minimalist way to attach it to a lanyard or something similar... I recommend it!

Still, it looks solid. Compared to cheaper models (gadgets), the difference in operation is not big, although this one stabilizes faster and reacts more quickly - it doesn't shake. It's better to have even such a small device from a known manufacturer than something of unknown origin.

I'm not an expert on compasses, but calling it medium-sized is an exaggeration – it's very tiny. The given dimensions are correct, so if you read the description, you'll know what you're buying. The readings are correct; it's just a pity it doesn't have an eyelet for a string, but you can make one yourself. Good as an emergency part of a micro kit in a tin.

The large size could be bigger (hard to imagine reading from the smaller model), but the small dimensions allow you to hide the compass almost anywhere, for example, as an addition to a tin fire-starting kit. I checked the readings with GPS – they work correctly.

I hesitated for a long time, but finally bought two for my survival boxes. Although I haven't tested it in the field yet, its construction is solid and it indicates directions accurately. The large size is perfect – not too small. A must-have as a backup – an essential element of any EDC kit.
