Great tactical vest. The biggest plus is the construction of the shoulder straps, which run straight and not diagonally like on other vests, so they don't slip when running. Definitely 10/10.
Helikon Guardian Military Set Modular Tactical Vest Olive - for L plates
Tactical vest with a modular design made from durable and abrasion-resistant Cordura material. The set includes a Plate Carrier vest, Guardian Cummerband side straps, and a Guardian Flap front panel. Thanks to its modular construction, the vest can be expanded with additional elements and tailored to the user's individual needs. It is well-suited for military, other uniformed services, as well as advanced airsoft players. Pockets for ballistic plates
The front and back portions of the vest feature pockets intended for carrying ballistic plates measuring 340 x 260 mm. They are made from elastic material, which facilitates the insertion and removal of plates while ensuring stability during use.
Mounting equipment, magazine pouches
The modular Guardian Cummerband side straps and Guardian Flap front panel are stitched with MOLLE webbing, allowing for the attachment of equipment. The vest serves its purpose. There are a few minor things that could be improved, but they can be resolved with minimal effort. It's best to add padding to the magazine pouches, because it's hard to fit two magazines side by side. Besides that, the vest is a basic model, so you need to plan on expanding it right away, for example by adding a radio pouch. It's also worth investing extra in the version with a quick-release clasp – the cheaper Velcro version works too, though it's less comfortable, unless you put it on in the morning and wear it all day.
-
In terms of looks and quality, it lags behind the competition. It's worth paying a bit extra and buying something better and more practical. The AK magazines barely fit, the adjustment is uncomfortable, and taking it off is quite a hassle.
-
I'm giving this rating because of the magazine pouches – the description says three AR/AK mags, but when inserting AK magazines, they basically get stuck and are difficult to remove, although for training it may suffice. Other than this major flaw, the rest is fine.

A very solid piece of combat gear that I have already tested in practice. Excellent materials and easy to upgrade. Thoughtful design solutions taken from the best models on the market. It's a pity that there are no side pockets for ballistic plates, but you can use another brand or apply soft armor underneath.

I've had this vest since almost its release, the material is solid and durable, and the modular design allows you to add new elements whenever you need. People who use such vests know how classic the layout is here. The only thing I'm missing is more comfortable pads, which you currently have to buy from another manufacturer, but as far as I know, they should be available soon. PS. In the photo, the vest is shown on the day of delivery, still unused.
