I used a 55 lbs compound bow and even from a distance of 10 meters while setting the sight, the arrows did not shoot through. When shooting from 20-30 meters, the arrow penetrates about 10 cm. Finally a target that doesn't damage most arrows. It's the right size, the arrows are easy to pull out and last much longer because of that. I definitely recommend it, I've been waiting a long time for a product like this.
