A solidly made mouthpiece, fits the BACscan F-45 and is well secured. It's worth having a few spares, although the price for a plastic mouthpiece seems a bit high, higher than for a CO2 cartridge :-).

Good quality mouthpieces, fit the BACscan F-50. Each is packed separately, so you know they are hygienic. It's worth buying a few as a reserve, because you never know when you'll need more. I recommend it.
