However, this does not change the fact that once you have adapted to clinging garments, they will not bother you, as they do not restrict our movements in any way. Fortunately, elastane itself is an additive that significantly improves the comfort of such garments, due to the fact that it allows the material to stretch in multiple directions (this is referred to as "4-Way Stretch" by some companies).
