The Ed Red brand was founded in 2014 as a steakhouse in Krakow, established by Grzegorz Kłos and Paweł Baron. The brand gained recognition and awards from prestigious culinary organizations such as Michelin, Gault & Millau, or Slow Food. During the COVID-19 pandemic, when restaurant operations were limited, Ed Red changed its business model, starting the production and sale of ready-made meals in cans, which retain the quality of dishes served in the restaurant.
