From the very beginning, experienced special unit operators were involved in the brand's development, including soldiers from JW GROM and international experts such as Brandon Webb, a former Navy SEALS instructor. Thanks to this, Direct Action products were designed with the most demanding users in mind from the start.

The brand actively participates in international industry fairs such as IWA in Nuremberg, Milipol in Paris, Enforce Tac, and the Shot Show in Las Vegas. Since 2017, selected Direct Action products have been officially used by the Polish special unit JW GROM.
