The product is quite good – the non-slip layer works well, and the quality is decent for the price. However, you should remember that this belt does not wrap around the whole body like traditional belts. Additionally, it only has the hard, hook side of the Velcro, so to use it with standard equipment you'll need an intermediate strap with a soft, loop Velcro layer on both sides. These double-soft straps are not easy to find.

Overall, an average product, but for the price of 45 PLN and with no other options available, it's okay. The lining is definitely not 5 mm, more like around 3 mm, and the foam is at most 2 mm. The velcro is a different standard than in Ronin or Ferro, so you’ll need to add an extra velcro to make it fit. As for the anti-slip – the material does keep its place well.
